Schools Projects

I have shifted between music, art and nature-based work in a primary school I have been based at over 15 years now. Always class based and always of a very inclusive nature, projects have included textile work;

Sand Sculpting and Banners

Music projects like ukulele group outings to Residential Care Homes, Steel Strikers steel pan group visiting other schools to play in assemblies.

My teaching work sees me looking more and more at ways to incorporate environmental, health and well-being strands and has led me to commence an (MA) Arts Practice (Arts, Health & Well-being) course with the University of South Wales, Cardiff.

More recently, the Growing Project based around the ‘Seed to Plate’ idea.
